Appointments

To enjoy the full value of your experience, please arrive 15-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Regretfully, if you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to accommodate our next client.

 

Mixed Elements understands at times it may be necessary for you to cancel or reschedule your appointments, but please give 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reschedule.

Purchases

Mixed Elements accepts the following forms of payment: cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Returned checks are subject to a fee.

 

Returns are accepted within seven days with receipt. Returns after seven days will be considered at our discretion and exchange or store credit may be given. All gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. Gift certificates do not expire but the value of the service remains for one year, should there be a price increase.

 

Gratuities are left to the discretion of our guests. Tipping is preferred in cash or check, but may also be added to a credit card. Envelopes are provided at the front desk. A general guideline for tipping is between 15 and 20% of your service.

Courtesies

Mixed Elements strives to maintain a relaxing and welcoming environment. We ask you refrain from using mobile phones in our service areas. Children not receiving services are not permitted in the spa area.

 

At Mixed Elements, we aim to provide you the highest quality of services. If you are not satisfied with your service for any reason, please notify us immediately so we can re-perform the service. No monetary refunds will be given.
